Every other online shop is one person and a grid. A mall is where you go with someone. That is the whole idea, and it is what IAMIN is built to do.

Voice runs the whole time you are together — the running commentary you get shopping in person, which no shopping website has ever managed to replace.

Wave, point, cheer. On a phone, in a hurry, a gesture beats a keyboard, and it is how a group actually behaves in a mall.
Walk in, don't click through
Shops are places with doors. You cross the threshold, the shop loads around you, and you are inside somebody's business rather than on page four of a catalogue.

Every unit in the mall belongs to an independent merchant, and every price, photograph and stock level comes from that merchant's own live store. Nothing on a shelf is invented and nothing is a stand-in. When a shop has nothing to show, it says so.
Choose something and you are handed to the merchant's own store to buy it. They keep the customer, the order and the relationship. We are the mall, not the middleman.

Take a unit in the mall
A shop in a good mall is a location, and locations get taken. Book yours, tell us your trade, and we build the store that goes in it — the shopfront, the listings, the photography, all of it — before you have paid anyone a rupee.

Choose the district that matches your trade — fashion, food, beauty, technology, home or services. Your unit is held for you while we build. Nothing to pay to reserve it.
We fit it out
Tell us about your business in your own words, or send a catalogue, a price list, a flyer. IAMIN Studio turns it into a complete online store: your pages, your product listings, your photography, written and laid out for you.
You hold the lease, and the shop
The store is transferred into your own account. Not rented from us, not locked to us. If you ever give up the unit, you keep the shop and everything in it.
No rent. No deposit. No commission.
We do not charge to build it, we do not charge to keep the unit, and we take nothing from your sales. You pay your Shopify subscription directly to Shopify, as any merchant does, and nothing at all to us.

We fit out your shop
Pages, products, descriptions and images, assembled into a finished store for you to walk through before you decide.

You take the keys
You subscribe with Shopify and the store transfers into your own account. From that point it belongs to you.

Your doors open
Your shopfront goes up in your district, and shoppers walk in — with their friends.
What it costs, honestly
Building your store is free, and staying in the mall is free. There is no IAMIN invoice, no commission taken out of your sales, and no card details asked for by us.
Our income comes from the commerce platform's partner programme, which pays a share in respect of merchants we have helped to set up and who go on to trade. That means we are paid only if your shop is actually working — and it is why the build is free, rather than a fee we take up front and then forget about you.
How we handle your data
Only what runs your shop
We read the products, prices, images and stock levels needed to show your shop in the mall and keep it current. Nothing else.
Never training data
Merchant information is never used to train or fine-tune any AI model. It is used to serve your own store, for you, and for nothing else.
Shoppers stay anonymous
Shoppers browse without an account. Conversations in a squad live only as long as the squad does, and voice is never recorded.
The Privacy Policy sets out in full what we access, why, how long we keep it and how to have it removed. The Terms set out the agreement between us and a merchant.
