These terms cover the agreement between IAMIN (Plot A-226, New Kazimabad, Model Colony, Malir, Karachi, Pakistan) and a merchant whose store we build and whose shop stands in IAMIN Mall. Using our services means accepting them.
1. What we do for you
IAMIN Studio builds you a complete online store from the information you give us — your pages, your product listings, descriptions and images. IAMIN Mall allots that store a unit in a 3D shopping mall, in the district that matches your trade, where shoppers can walk in. Booking a unit costs nothing and commits you to nothing; it is held while the store is built.
2. What it costs
- We do not charge you to build your store.
- No rent, and no deposit for your unit in the mall.
- We take no commission on your sales.
- You pay your commerce platform directly. Your store runs on Shopify, and you hold that subscription in your own name and pay Shopify for it. We never bill you and we never hold your card details. Their pricing and their terms are theirs, and may change independently of us.
Our income comes from the commerce platform's partner programme, which pays a share in respect of merchants we have helped to set up and who go on to trade. That is our only revenue connected to your shop, and it is why the build is free.
3. The store is yours
Once built, the store is transferred into your own account. You own it, its content and its customer relationships. You are not renting it from us and it is not locked to us. If you later leave the mall, you keep the store and everything in it.
4. Your unit in the mall
Your shop appears in the mall for as long as you hold an active subscription with your commerce platform and your listings remain published. That is the only condition of tenancy.
If the subscription lapses, the shop leaves the mall. This is not a penalty — a lapsed store stops publishing the product data the mall needs, so there is nothing left to show, and showing a shop we can no longer read from would mean inventing its contents. Restore the subscription and the shop returns.
We may also remove a shop that breaches clause 5, and we will tell you why.
5. What you are responsible for
- That you have the right to sell what you list, and to use the images and text you give us.
- That your prices, stock and descriptions are accurate — they are read from your store and shown to shoppers as they stand.
- That what you sell is lawful where you sell it, and complies with your commerce platform's own rules.
- Fulfilling your own orders, and handling your own returns, refunds and customer service. The sale is between you and your customer; we are not a party to it.
6. What we are responsible for
Building your store with reasonable care, showing it faithfully in the mall, and never inventing content on your behalf. Where your store is unreachable, the mall says so rather than showing something out of date as though it were current.
We do not guarantee sales, visitor numbers, or uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as it is, and we exclude warranties to the extent the law allows. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Your information
Handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. In particular, we do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
8. Ending the arrangement
You may leave at any time by telling us, and you keep your store. We may end the arrangement by telling you, and will give reasonable notice unless a breach of clause 5 makes that inappropriate. Leaving the mall never removes your ownership of the store.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when. Where a change materially affects merchants we will tell them directly before it takes effect.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
