Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information IAMIN handles, why we need it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. It covers two groups of people, and they are treated differently: the merchants whose shops we build and host in the mall, and the shoppers who walk through it.

IAMIN operates two services. IAMIN Studio builds online stores for merchants. IAMIN Mall is a 3D shopping mall in which those stores appear and shoppers can browse them.
Merchants
What we collect from you
- What you tell us about your business — its name, trade, city, contact details, opening hours, and anything else you provide so that we can build your store. This may arrive as a conversation, a document, a price list or photographs.
- Your product information — names, descriptions, prices, images, categories and stock levels.
- Account details for signing in to manage your store.
- Operational records — the jobs we ran to build your store, and errors, so that we can fix what breaks.
What we access from your store platform
Once your store is live and you have installed IAMIN Mall as a sales channel, we read the published product listings, prices, images and stock levels needed to show your shop in the mall and keep it current. We read only what is required to do that. We do not read your customers' personal information, your orders or your payouts for any purpose of our own.
What we never do
- We never use merchant information to train or fine-tune AI models. Where an AI system helps write your store's copy or answer a shopper's question about your shop, your information is supplied as context for that single request and is not retained as training data. This applies to every model we use, our own or a third party's.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- We do not share your platform credentials with anyone outside the service providers who operate this service on our behalf.
How long we keep it
For as long as your shop is in the mall, plus a reasonable period afterwards for records and disputes. If you leave, ask us and we will delete what we hold. Because the store itself is transferred into your own account, leaving the mall does not affect the store you own.
Shoppers
- No account is required to walk through the mall. You choose a display name and an avatar; we do not ask for an email address, a phone number or a real name.
- Shopping with friends is temporary. A squad — its members, its shortlist and its chat — exists in memory only, for a maximum of six hours, and is then gone. It is not written to a database and it is not recoverable afterwards.
- Voice is never recorded. Talking with your squad is carried live between you and is not stored, transcribed, or given to any AI system.
- Asking the guide. If you hold the microphone to ask a question, the recording is at most ten seconds, is transcribed on our own server, and the audio is deleted immediately. We do not keep a log of what shoppers ask, what they were shown, or what they preferred.
- Buying happens on the merchant's own store. When you choose to buy, you are handed to the merchant's store, which has its own privacy policy and handles the order, payment and delivery. We do not process your payment and we do not see your card details.
Where information is held
On servers we operate. Some processing necessarily happens on the platforms our merchants use and at the providers who deliver parts of this service — for example the commerce platform hosting a merchant's store, and the messaging network if you contact us there. Those providers act on our instructions or as independent controllers of their own services.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@iamin.store and we will respond within 30 days.
Where a merchant's store platform sends us a request on a customer's behalf — a request for their data, a request to erase it, or a request to erase a whole shop — we act on it and complete it within 30 days.
Children
IAMIN is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects merchants, we will tell them directly.
